The 4th Transnational Project Meeting took place in Genk (Belgium) in May 2022. During three days, the final changes were made to the MultiCultural Care Model.
With all partners agreeing on the final version of our MCC Model, a huge milestone within this project was reached! We also talked about good practices and tested simulation scenarios that will be included in the ebook. We set a clear timeline with all partners and look forward to what the future brings for our project!
